4. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not disclose the personal information you have provided to any third party unless it applies to any of the following conditions:

  • When disclosing information of the above in a form that cannot identify individual customers.

5. Joint Use of Personal Data

We may disclose your personal information within the scope deemed necessary to outsourcing companies.

Disclosure to outsourcing companies means that we will share your name and address to subcontractors who we have entrusted with reservations as well as shipping services for the delivery of lost and found items and other shipments.

6. Safeguarding Personal Information

At our inn, a manager will be appointed to execute proper management of your personal information. We will work to prevent leakage of personal information.

7. Protection of Personal Information on Pages Linked to Our Inn

We may disclose your personal information within the scope deemed necessary to outsourcing companies.

We are not responsible for the security of your personal information on third party websites linked to our inn. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of the linked pages regarding their protection and management of personal information.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we make such changes as the acquisition, scope, and purpose of use of personal information, an announcement will be made on our website to notify the latest information.
